SealRoof B-200 – is an environmentally friendly two-component sprayed protective coating, specially designed to provide high quality waterproofing during the repairing and construction of roofing. Applied coating is the final roofing covering without seams and joints, both on vertical (junctions) and on horizontal sections of the roof. After the application of the material, a seamless membrane with good adhesion to any base is formed.
The material is water-based, solvent-free, non-toxic and environmentally friendly. When working with SealRoof B-200, there is no need to use open fire and material heating.
The operating temperature range of the dry coating is from -45°C to +80°C (peak -55°C and +95°C)
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
SealRoof B-200 is a polymer-modified bitumen emulsion and can be applied:
- on existing bitumen and gravel roofing;
- on old roll roofing;
- on roofs made of PVC membranes;
- on plywood, OSB, chipboard, fiberboard and others;
- on polyurethane or insulating polystyrene
The waterproofing roofing coating that is created by SealRoof B-200 emulsion does not lose its properties for more than 15 years under the influence of sunlight, acid rain, and harmful chemicals contained in the polluted air of industrial areas.
A two-component material SealRoof B-200 is sprayed in combination with an inorganic salt solution to create a waterproofing roofing coating, which allows you to get a ready-to-use roofing covering in a few seconds.
PREPARATION OF THE BASE BEFORE APPLYING THE EMULSION
The base for the application of SealRoof B-200 emulsion shall be clean, dry, and free of substances that prevent adhesion (grease, dust, gasoline and diesel fuel stains, etc.). Without an inorganic salt solution, SealRoof B-200 emulsion is applied as a primer, mainly on old roll roofing that still has an armored layer of roofing sand.
Before use, SealRoof B-200 emulsion shall be mixed manually SealRoof B-200 is supplied only in industrial or with a construction mixer at low speed for 3-5 minutes.

SealRoof B-200 emulsion is applied using the HVLP 2000GX

• 220 kg plastic buckets application of Liquid Rubber materials. The coating becomes dry to the touch within one minute, the full drying process is within 24-48 hours depending on weather conditions.

The emulsion shall not be applied at an ambient temperature below +5°C. An incompletely cured membrane may be damaged if it freezes.
Do not apply the material onto wet or frozen surfaces. Avoid contact of the material with any solvents. When applying this product, please, follow safety guidelines, wear gloves, goggles, and other appropriate protective equipment.
